Between 12:00 PM ET and 4:00 PM ET on February 23, 2026, some customers in us-east-1-prod experienced elevated transcription latency, which could cause live transcripts to lag, summaries to take longer to generate, and in some cases Insights and Performance pages to load slowly or time out. Engineering identified the cause, applied a mitigation, and service recovered by approximately 4:29 PM ET on February 23, 2026. All systems are now operating normally.
