Resolved - Between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM PDT on July 15, customers in the us-east-1 region experienced degraded performance on several Insights pages in Cresta Director, including Performance Insights, Assistance Insights, and Leaderboard, where data either failed to load or loaded very slowly. This issue was related to how we interact with our underlying analytics data infrastructure, and services recovered by 2:00 PM. We are continuing to monitor system performance.

Resolved - On July 8, 2025, from 11:35 AM to 11:50 AM PT, Cresta experienced a 15-minute outage impacting AI Agent functionality. During this time, conversations were either automatically transferred to human agents or, in some cases, the AI agent widget was non-functional. The issue has been identified and resolved, and all services have returned to normal. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience. Resolved - From 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM PDT, Cresta experienced a significant increase in latency related to processing conversation messages. This caused major delays in Agent Assistance, Knowledge Assist, and transcription updates, impacting most customers.
While calls continued to be detected, agents may have seen slow or missing transcriptions and delayed assistance features during this time.

The issue has since been resolved, and all services are operating normally. We are implementing safeguards to prevent similar latency issues in the future.
