Cresta Virtual Agent customers encountered service disruption due to a Google Cloud service outage impacting Dialogflow CX, a third-party platform integral to Cresta's Virtual Agent Product. Consequently, Cresta Virtual Agent services powered by Dialogflow CX experienced unavailability from 1:15 PM PST to 3:19 PM PST. Cresta Virtual Agent bots powered by Amazon Lex were not impacted. Service restoration was achieved upon the resolution of the Dialogflow CX outage.
