Director Insights Pages Failing to Load (us-east-1 region)

Between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM PDT on July 15, customers in the us-east-1 region experienced degraded performance on several Insights pages in Cresta Director, including Performance Insights, Assistance Insights, and Leaderboard, where data either failed to load or loaded very slowly. This issue was related to how we interact with our underlying analytics data infrastructure, and services recovered by 2:00 PM. We are continuing to monitor system performance.
