On July 8, 2025, from 11:35 AM to 11:50 AM PT, Cresta experienced a 15-minute outage impacting AI Agent functionality. During this time, conversations were either automatically transferred to human agents or, in some cases, the AI agent widget was non-functional. The issue has been identified and resolved, and all services have returned to normal. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.
